Allergies please help emergency!?

today around 12 my throat got really scratchy and my nose got runny and my head hurt. i have prom tomorrow and my throat hurts pretty bad like its really scratchy up near the top! please help me and tell me if this is allergies or a cold thank you so much if you awnser god bless you all :)
