The back of my nose has a burning sensation?

I woke up this morning and the back of my nose is all burny and scratchy, its really dry and it was making me cough earlier. I feel fine, I've used my Nettie pot twice today, takes the feeling away for about 10 mins and then it comes back. I've taken a dose of benedryl and I'm drinking a herbal tea meant to help respiratory sickness. I feel completely fine except for this burny feeling. what could it be? Is it just a really tame cold? what are the chances it'll be gone by tomorrow night? anything else I can do to get rid of it?
