Cold or Sinus Infection?

About 2 weeks ago, I got a scratchy throat. It lasted for about a half of the first month. Then I started to get a runny nose. My runny nose then became stuffed. I started to get a cough. Now my cough is bad. And my runny nose has turned into a runny/stuffed nose. My snot is clear (Not yellow nor green) Just clear. My nose hurts to touch (sense yesterday) at the top of that moveable bone on my nose (Not the unmovable bone up higher) but right up there. When I laugh my nose scrunches and it hurts then, hurs to touch, to rub, ect. I'm only 12... This was the last place I could turn to I looked it all up online and stuff... my mom doesnt no what to do either because she doesnt want to put me on antibiotics cause I get sick really easily and badly with medicines... Thats why I try not to get to sick... well thanks guys, please try and help me! ><'
