CONTACT LENSES - PLEASE HELP ME!?

Make sure you`re cleaning them properly every day before putting them in and before putting them away. Use eye drops, specifically for contact lenses only. Once they get like that you throw them away, just take better care of them. Don`t wash them with water, it can infect your eye. If the contact is hurting you ad dry take it out because it can scratch your cornea, which is bad.
