Singer in need of a cure for the cold?

I have to sing this weekend in a wedding and I woke up this morning with a sore and scratchy throat. I hope this does not turn into a cold but I wanted to make sure. It's Wednesday so that means I have 4 days from now to get over this. Any ideas?
