Whats wrong with my ear?!?!?

please help. Ive been have weird ear problems. i heard a weird scratchy sound on in the inside of my head and when i was talking today it sounded weird. it sounded like i was talking with my ears plugged but i wasnt. it feels like my ear is wet but its not. i have been listening to music a bit to loud but im stopping that. my mom thinks it might maybe be a perforated ear drum. im 14 if it helps any idead what could be wrong?
