Can anyone help me identify what this illness might be?

i suffer with a strep throat ill just say some symptoms to see if it matches with yours : feels like your throat is being cut , burning and it hurts to swallow or cough and drink and eat. your throat feels kind of heavy like you know its there dya get me?. i hope this helps idk if it makes sense to you but i hope it helps. best of luck i hope you dont have any of this and its just a flu.
