Am I getting sick.....?

sounds like the flu. It may be an upper respiratory infection (common cold). I'm not going to tell you "it's nothing to worry about" because it may or may not be anything to worry about. Not to scare you, but in most cases those are generally the symptoms of exposure to HIV. It's really hard to give you a diagnoses over the internet. The only way to be certain is to go and see your doctor. Good Luck!
