Can you tell me what i have?

i have been feeling sick ever since prom saturday night. it started out with just a sore throat and now i feel terrible!! i am constantly dizzy and light headed. i have terrible headaches. i keep getting boiling hot and then ice cold every two minutes. my friends say i have a fever. it feels like there is this great weight on my body and every single joint i have seems achy. the slightest touch of a person hurts. my eyes feel like they are sinking into my head. my throat still hurts and feels swollen and scratchy and it feels like there is all this grainy stuff in my throat. i have been sick many times because i have a weak immune system, but i have never felt all this at once and i feel terrible. everytime i try to walk or stand, it feels like my legs might give out. i'm 17 years old, what might i have?
