Could one commission as an officer into the Air Force through Army ROTC?

I am currently contracted with an Army ROTC detachment as a Cadet at a University and was recently confronted with the possibility that it is an option to choose any branch of the military to commission into once graduating and earning your "general commission." I understand that graduating from a Senior Military College (such as the Citadel or VMI) allows the student to choose what branch of the military they commission into, and what just wondering if Army ROTC worked the same way.
