my boyfriend has just been for a wee and had blood in it (quite a bit) he recently had a scratchy throat and had diarrhea and it did sting a bit when he did the wee. should he go to A&E. he is 22 doesn't smoke or drink and hasn't ate anything red. no fever. ???
