What are my chances on getting a auto loan through Citadel bank ?

Im trying to take over payments on a dodge srt4 neon, it has 9,000 left on the loan and im worried that i wont be able to get the loan, I have had a truck payment for a year now and have never missed any payments and have always been on time. Other then that i don't have any other payments on anything other then the usual like ( cell phone, car insurance, ext).. but the thing that worries me is i have alil bit of hospital bills on my credit i think. if some one could give me some reinsurance that would be great Thanks
