How do I get to the main citadel of the anvil oblivion gate?

Ive searched all over the damn internet seems nobody ******* knows the answer they say go through the nether tunnels but where the **** are they?! Red Gnash Channels and Hate Tunnels are all that show up on the map ive searched for like two ******* hours and no one can tell me the right place to go.
