How do you dye a scarf?

check out rit dyes or there are other dyes at craft stores that im sure can be used on polyester. im not sure if rit dye can be used on polyester though. Check out their websit, im sure it will tell you. What i DO know is that red is sometimes hard to dye cause it could turn in to a dark pink. But there are chemicals that they sell with dyes that could help make the red potent. Rit suggests putting salt in with the dye to make the color more vibrant and durable. Dont go to walmart or places like that cause they usually only carry rit. Go to like JoAnn fabrics, Micheals, or Hobby Lobby type places cause they will give you more options on colors and products... Hope I helped you out and HOPE you get better soon:) LEBE
