Is 2011 dodge durango for $50K a good deal?

i am considering 2011 dodge durango (citadel version). it has all wheel drive, leather seats, V8 hemi engine, and GPS navigation as special features. its price is around $50,000. Is that a good deal? or something better can be bought for such price?
